We provide biometric based on-line terminals for Employee Access Control, Time Attendance and Job Registration. Based on the requirement study and analysis, we collect the priorities set by each client, and provide the best solutions which can meet their requirements considering their budgets and support expectations keeping the system run in an uninterrupted manner to deliver the perfect results.
Software Solutions
We provide system integration with our software which consists of Time Attendance, Payroll/HR Systems, Job Management & Canteen Management Modules. The optional Employee Self Service (ESS) system extends its capabilities by helping employees as well as managers perform HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance tasks much easier in lesser time. The ESS also comes with add-on modules such as Learning and Development management, Performance Management.These software solutions are designed and developed in a way to address the Labour, Taxation and Business requirement in your region and can be upgraded and tailored to from time to time.
Services
Our Payroll Outsourcing services are provided in collaboration with HLB Hamt Data Centre located at City Tower II, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The Data Centre is equipped with latest security firewall with industry standard Audit Certifications is also audited by third party consultants appointed by corporate clients for data secrecy, security, firewall and audit trail aspects. DLI will install the software and implement the initial data with unique business and labour requirements as required and create user rights as required. Client shall provide the payroll Input/Transaction details from the Attendance System on Weekly or Monthly basis for month end payroll processing. DLI then process monthly MIS report to management.
